Roofing, start to finish.
New roofs, leak repairs and inspections are the core of the work. Exterior projects come along when a job needs them.
A new roof, built layer by layer.
Tear-off down to the deck, every sheet checked, then a complete roof system built to handle wind, summer heat and freeze–thaw.
- 01Full tear-off and haul-away
- 02Deck check, soft boards replaced
- 03Ice and water membrane at eaves
- 04Synthetic underlayment
- 05New drip edge and flashing
- 06Architectural shingles, ridge vent
We fix the leak, not just the stain.
Water travels before it drips, so the stain on your ceiling is rarely under the hole. We trace it back to the flashing, nail or seam that’s letting it in.

When the job is bigger than the roof.
Roofing comes first. StoneHaven also builds decks, paints exteriors, repairs exterior structure and adds on to homes.
What you see, and what it usually means.
Tap everything you’re seeing from the yard, the attic or a ceiling inside. You’ll get a straight read on whether it’s usually a repair, an inspection or a new roof, and what to do next.
Pick one or more on the left. What you can spot from the yard, the attic or a ceiling inside is enough to start.
Water coming in can soak insulation and ruin a ceiling fast. Call now; the line is open 24 hours. Until we get there, move what you can and catch the drip with a bucket.
Soft or sagging spots usually mean the decking under the shingles is wet or rotted. Stay off that area and have it looked at before it spreads.
Granules washing off and shingles curling on a roof that’s 20+ years old usually means it’s near the end of its life. Patching tends to chase leaks around an old roof. An inspection tells you how much time you have to plan.
Missing or lifted shingles are usually a repair: replace what’s gone, re-seal the tabs around it, and check the rest of the slope for the next ones to go.
A stain means water got in at some point, often well uphill of where it shows. The fix is finding the flashing, boot or seam that’s letting it in, not painting over the spot.
Nothing here says emergency. An inspection sorts each part of the roof into good, watch or repair, with a photo of each, so you know what can wait.
A general guide, not a diagnosis. We confirm it on the roof, with photos.
