StoneHaven Construction
Our work

One roof, start to finish.

Drone photos from a full StoneHaven re-roof: the old roof, the tear-off, new decking, underlayment, a boom-truck delivery and the finished shingles.

How the job went

Five steps, one roof.

This is what a StoneHaven roof replacement looks like from the air, in the order it happened.

01

The old roof

A two-story home with an attached garage, skylights and a lot of roof planes, valleys and edges. Every one of those is a place water can find a way in, so every one gets rebuilt.

02

Tear-off and new decking

The old shingles came off down to the deck, and new decking went down across the roof. Debris went straight into a dump trailer parked in the driveway.

03

Underlayment and delivery

Underlayment went down over the new deck to keep it dry, and a boom truck set the shingle bundles right on the roof instead of carrying them up a ladder.

Shingles

From above you can see every layer at once: bare decking on one side, underlayment in the middle, finished shingles on the other.

Finished

New gray architectural shingles across every plane of the roof, from the eaves to the ridge.
